Reading have made three changes from the weekend's win against Preston, as Sam Baldock comes into the starting line-up for his first start of the season.
Baldock impressed as a substitute for the Royals against North End at the weekend, and comes into the XI to replace the injured Yakou Méïté.
Andy Rinomhota has recovered from his recent illness, and replaces Pelé at the base of midfield, who is available from the bench. Charlie Adam is also out injured for the Royals, with Lucas João and Lucas Boyé longer-term absentees.
Jordan Obita drops out of the squad for Tuesday night, and Omar Richards will hope to continue his good form at left-back against QPR.
On the bench for Reading, Garath McCleary, Michael Olise and Tyler Blackett will be available for the Royals.
Reading will be backed by around 1,100 travelling Royals at the Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium, and the match is available to watch live on Sky Sports on Tuesday evening.
