Rafael is the cover star of Wednesday night's issue, and your programme is jam-packed with info about our table-topping opponents, West Bromwich Albion, and much more.
We unearth and expand on an interesting fact of the Royals in the Madejski Stadium era, which stems from Reading's successful penalty exploits against Cardiff in the FA Cup recently.
David Downs discusses Reading's biggest win for 34 years Match of the Madejski Season, while football historian Leigh Edwards details 10 Baggies stars to have more than one spell at the club in The Boys are Back in Town.
Olly Allen from popular fanzine website, The Tilehurst End talks about Reading's hopes of climbing back up the table with the Championship appearing as competitive as ever this season.
Liam Moore and Mark Bowen offer their pre-match thoughts in their columns, and here's a snippet of what our captain had to say ahead of Wednesday's crunch match:
We did a good job away at their place earlier on in the season, and that’s the kind of thing we’ll need to do again. We’ll need to frustrate them at times, but when we do get the ball, we need to be positive with it and create chances.
The positive from the last couple of months is that we’ve only lost two games in 16, but maybe we’ve had a few too many draws. We need to start picking up wins again, especially here at home. Doing that will make our stats look a lot better and stand us in good stead for the remainder of the season, and we’ll see where it takes us.
