After a comprehensive win against Sheffield Wednesday last weekend, Reading have finally had a week to prepare for their next match - the first time this has been the case since the start of January.

Saturday's match at Leeds signals the start of another busy run for the Royals, though, as a run-out against Marcelo Bielsa's side will be the first of five matches in the space of a fortnight in league and cup.

The Whites have been flying high all season. Despite a recent blip that saw an 11-point gap to third place gradually eroded, Bielsa's men regrouped and bounced back with a well-earned win against fellow promotion hopefuls, Bristol City last time out.

Leeds also hold the second-best defensive record in the Championship as it stands, alongside a potent attack that boasts plenty of creativity.

The Royals will be looking to make amends for a 1-0 defeat against this weekend's opponents at Madejski Stadium back in November, when a solitary strike from Jack Harrison three minutes from time earned the promotion-chasers the points on the night.

Mark Bowen has confirmed that the squad has been boosted by the return of Pelé and Jordan Obita, who have both been involved in training this week and could be in contention to appear on Saturday afternoon.
