Wigan have been edging closer to climbing out of the Championship's bottom three in recent weeks, putting together their best run of the season as they've lost just one of their last six matches heading into Wednesday night's encounter against the Royals.

Paul Cook's side grabbed headlines when they recently earned an impressive 1-0 away win at Elland Road, with Reading looking to get back to winning ways after being on the wrong side of the same scoreline against Leeds at the weekend.

Their result at the weekend saw them overcome more promotion hopefuls in Millwall, and the Latics could climb out of the relegation zone by taking three points on Wednesday night.

Reading, meanwhile, could climb into the Championship's top half if results go their way in midweek, and will look to build on positive performances after facing the two teams in the automatic promotion places in their last three games, either side of a comprehensive win away at Sheffield Wednesday.

Mark Bowen's side will be aiming to start their home triple-header in the best possible way, and we would love to have you here at Madejski Stadium on Wednesday night to back the boys!

Mark Pottage and Graham Kane will be on hand to assist on the touchlines on Wednesday night, while Kevin Johnson will be manning the electronic board as part of fourth official duties.
