Yakou Méïté spoke of Reading's desire to keep progressing in the Emirates FA Cup, ahead of the Royals' Fourth Round replay away at Cardiff City on Tuesday night.
The two sides are very familiar with one another by now, having drawn 1-1 twice in their initial cup clash at Madejski Stadium, and playing out the same scoreline in Wales on Friday night.
Méïté was on target in both matches for the Royals, though, and could notch for a third match in a row against the Bluebirds at Cardiff City Stadium in midweek.
There will be a winner on the night in Cardiff, with extra time and penalties available if the teams were to draw again - with the winners being rewarded with a home tie against Sheffield United in the Fifth Round.
"Even if it's a cup game, we want to win. We want to win every game, and we're going to come back here for a win," said the Reading forward, unequivocally.
"It will be difficult, but we will try to do our best and win this game.
"We will give everything until the end. At the end of the season, we will see where we are in the league, but we stay focussed, game by game.
"We need to stay focussed on this game, we've not qualified yet so if we win, afterwards we will be able to speak about Sheffield."
