Reading's defence will comprise of the same personnel to have kept four consecutive clean sheets, with Rafael behind Chris Gunter, Liam Moore, Michael Morrison and Tyler Blackett - with Gunter making his landmark 300th appearance in a Reading shirt.

Pelé keeps his place in midfield after an impressive run of performances, with John Swift ahead of him looking to score for the third game in succession.

Reading are gunning for a fourth consecutive win in the Championship on New Year's Day, but the test of Fulham will be a stern one - with Scott Parker's side currently occupying 3rd place in the league table.
