We are very pleased to announce that we have now distributed our iFollow codes for our Season Ticket holders – allowing our most loyal supporters to tune in online to watch the final nine games of the season.
The codes have been sent to the email address registered to each Season Ticket holder – in cases where supporters share the same email address (eg. parents and children), they will receive one code per Season Ticket holder to the same inbox. If for any reason we do not have an email address for you, you should instead receive an SMS.
So if you’re a Season Ticket holder, check your inbox now to see if yours has arrived… and follow the instructions within to redeem the code and get set up now, ready for the big kick-off against Stoke City on Saturday.
Can’t find the email in your inbox? Please, please make sure you check your junk/spam folders… maybe your email service provider doesn’t realise just how important it is that you get access to see the final nine fixtures!
If you still cannot locate your promo code, then please email email@example.com with your full name and Member ID so that our Ticket Office can manually resend the code to you. We appreciate your patience while waiting for codes to be sent again.

If you are experiencing any issues with setting up or accessing your iFollow account or technical problems in using the service at any time, you will need to contact iFollow Support directly by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org – these issues cannot be resolved by our Ticket Office so please ensure that you contact iFollow Support instead.
A couple of small reminders - firstly, ALL Season Ticket holders are eligible to use their code and enjoy the final nine; redeeming your code does not mean that you forfeit their opportunity to donate to our Community Trust, roll over credit or claim a refund as an additional option.
And secondly, Under-18s are reminded that they are not able to register for an iFollow account - but they can redeem their code to an account registered by someone aged 18 or over (eg. a parent or guardian).
