With that in mind, club captain Liam Moore took to the club's official Instagram page to give us all insight into his daily life at the moment, while he isolates from the Covid-19 outbreak.
Alongside his responsibilities as a father of two, the centre-back took us through the level of exercise he is able to maintain during a time where we are only allowed outside the home for one form of physical activity per day.
He then answered any questions our supporters had for him on a wide range of topics, giving fantastic insight into his life as a Reading player.
