Reading FC Women will have no fewer than nine first-team players representing their countries as the international break rolls around again.
Wales are once again heavily represented, as this season’s regular quintet of skipper Natasha Harding, Rachel Rowe, Angharad James, Lily Woodham and recently departed loanee Jess Fishlock, is made back up to a quintet as Bethan Roberts receives her first call-up for international duty.
A product of the Reading Academy, Roberts joins the rest of the Wales squad as they take on Canada on the 9th and Denmark on the 13th of April in friendly action.
Amalie Eikeland and Kristine Leine will be representing their native Norway for a pair of away fixtures against Belgium and Germany on the 8th and 13th of April, respectively.
Royals keeper Grace Moloney once again makes the Republic of Ireland squad, as the Girls in Green take on Denmark at home on the 8th and Belgium away on the 11th.
Finally, moving outside of Europe, midfielder Silvana Flores receives a call-up to the Mexico Under-20’s squad for a friendly against Brazil.
Reading FC Women are next in action as their FA Cup campaign begins, when Tottenham visit Madejski Stadium in the Fourth Round of the competition on Sunday 18th April.
