Four Reading players have recently been named in the top 50 EFL players, as decided by globally-renowned football magazine, FourFourTwo.
The list was compiled by a number of FourFourTwo's writers, with the help and expertise offered by fans of each and every EFL club. The half-century of players includes names from all three divisions.
Lucas João is the highest rated Royal on the list, coming in as the fifth best player playing in the EFL this season, four spots behind the magazine's top pick, Brentford's Ivan Toney.
FFT described this season as undoubtedly João's finest to date, with it being no wonder that the Royals had impressed thanks to his goalscoring exploits.
Michael Olise ranked an impressive ninth, and at just 19 years of age, he's the youngest player in the top ten.
The article read: "The teenage winger is seen as the hottest of hot prospects, having played a major role for Reading this season", and FFT were in no doubt about the youngster's creative abilities.
Three spots behind Olise in 12th, is fellow midfielder Ovie Ejaria. The 23-year-old was acclaimed in the magazine for helping the Royals find their way towards the higher realms of the table, after signing permanently from Liverpool last summer.
The last of the Royals contingent, coming in at 22nd on the list was left-back Omar Richards, who's season has been described by FourFourTwo experts as 'outstanding'.
