Reading FC Women will have seven first-team players on international duty over the next week, representing three nations.
Defender Emma Mitchell has been named in the Scotland squad for their final two UEFA Euro 2022 qualifiers as they travel to Cyprus on February 19th before hosting Portugal on February 23rd. Scotland currently sit in third place in Group E behind Finland and Portugal.
The Welsh quintet of Captain Natasha Harding, Rachel Rowe, Jess Fishlock, Lily Woodham and Angharad James have once again been selected for duty, as they embark on a training camp in preparation for the Women’s World Cup qualifiers on the horizon.
Finally, new signing Silvana Flores – who joined the side this month from Chelsea – will be on duty for her native Mexico in two friendlies against Costa Rica on February 20th and 23rd, being played at the Aztec Stadium in Mexico City.
