With the Royals only having returned back to Berkshire in the early hours of Thursday morning before setting off for Huddersfield on Friday afternoon - Veljko Paunovic has introduced some fresh bodies by making four changes to the starting eleven today.
And the changes are all notable. Lucas Joao returns from injury to start this afternoon, taking the place of Sam Baldock in attack.
George Puscas is back in the squad to add more offensive options to the Royals armoury, while John Swift starts for the first time since September.
Omar Richards came off the bench in South Wales and he starts for Reading today, while Sone Aluko is preferred to Michael Olise at the attacking end of the pitch.
Alfa Semedo and Tomas Esteves start on the bench, as does former Royals Academy graduate Ben Hamer as Huddersfield's stand by goalkeeper.
