At just shy of a goal every 190 minutes, he helped Vietesse into a Europa League spot in a very worthwhile loan spell.

He played in the 2014/15 Bundesliga season with Eintracht Frankfurt, scoring against Schalke and Hamburg amid his 11(+11) appearances in the top German division.

He has made just one substitute appearances for Chelsea in the Premier League, and that was during an 8-0 festive thrashing of Aston Villa. He was also named their Young Player of the Year when the Blues won the FA Youth Cup in 2012.

In 2015 he helped Brazil to third place in the Pan-American games, and he has played for the Selecao right from the U15s to U23s.

He joined Reading on a season-long loan deal in August 2015, and he made his Madejski Stadium debut that September, coming on as a substitute to provide an assist to Oliver Norwood in our 5-1 beating of high flying Ipswich Town.  He netted his first Royals’ goal at Turf Moore two weeks later when Steve Clarke’s side took on Burnley in a 2-1 score line.
