The movers period will be open from 9am on Thursday 5th July.

Any supporters who renewed last season's seat can switch for a new one for the new campaign.  You may be required to pay the excess if you are moving to a more expensive area of Madejski Stadium.

We take your age from August 1st.  You’ll still be 17 – so you will still be able to buy a 17 & Under Season Ticket!

All applications must be received by the Ticket Office by 5pm on Monday 23rd July in order to be processed ahead of the new season.

Regular checks are made of concession ticket usage at the turnstiles.  Any supporters purchasing age-related concession prices are advised to bring a form of identification with them to the match. Staff may challenge anyone considered not to be a genuine concession and request proof of age.  Misuse of this Season Ticket may result in the holder being refused entry to, or ejected from the ground in respect of a particular match and/or the cancellation and withdrawal of their Season Ticket. The child needs to be a minimum of 4 years old based on the age they are on 1st August 2018 to claim their own seat, however under-5s are entitled to be carried through the turnstiles if they then sit on the parents/guardian’s lap during the match. 

7 & Under Season Tickets are not available online and need to be claimed at the time of purchasing a full priced non-child Season Ticket (one per person).  We also only have a limited number available and may withdraw the offer at any time.

We encourage families to sit within our designated Family Area in blocks B16-B18 of The Eamonn Dolan Stand. New purchases will only be allowed in this area if you have at least one 17 & Under as part of your group

Brand new Season Ticket cards will be issued to:

  • Supporters who were not Season Ticket holders in 2017/18
  • Supporters moving from the 17 & Under age category to 18-24
  • Supporters who are moving seats

All other renewing supporters will keep the same Season Ticket card, and the 2018/19 campaign will be loaded onto it.

 

Unfortunately we have sold out of wheelchair bays.  However please contact Paul Collins our Disabled Liaison Officer on 0118 968 1017 to be added to our waiting list.  We have a small number of wheelchair bays available on a match-by-match basis. 

Parking Permits are currently off sale but we are operating a waiting list for the Red Car Park and Disabled Car Park at a cost of £10 to join. 

We cannot guarantee that everyone who applies will be offered a space for next season, but you must be a Season Ticket holder to join our waiting list.  If you offered a space in future or you wish to leave the waiting list then your £10 will be refunded. 

If parking becomes available then costs are as follows: 
•    Red Car Park £230 
•    Disabled Car Park £90 

Anyone who doesn’t renew will need to contact the Ticket Office to request a Member Card in time for next season.  The membership fee will be waivered. 

Please phone the Ticket Office on 0118 968 1313 or visit the office and we will be able to replace your card.  There is a £3 administration cost. 

Yes – for the 2018/19 season we will continue the policy of allowing Season Ticket holders to upgrade their Season Ticket a maximum of 3 times, plus evening games. 

Season Ticket holders can do this by phoning the Ticket Office on 0118 968 1313 or visiting the Ticket Office in person and paying the appropriate upgrade fee.  Supporters are advised to do this in advance of matchday to avoid matchday queues. Upgrade prices will be confirmed once matchday prices have been announced.

Yes. Your request must be submitted in writing, advising of the following information: 

  • Your name, Member ID, address, contact details (email and telephone number) and date of birth. 
  • The name, any existing Member ID, address, contact details (email and telephone number) and date of birth of the supporter to which the Season Ticket is to be transferred. 

Upon receipt of this information, we will transfer the Season Ticket in to the new supporter’s name. We will also need to charge the difference between the renewal price and new price. Any loyalty points accrued on your account will be retained by you; they are not transferable. Any loyalty points attributed to the new sale will be awarded to the new Season Ticket holder as appropriate. 

Your letter can be sent to Reading Football Club Ticket Office, Madejski Stadium, Junction 11 M4, Reading, Berkshire, RG2 0FL, emailed to ticketing@readingfc.co.uk or hand-delivered to the Ticket Office at the Madejski Stadium.
