Mark Bowen has made three changes to the Reading side that took on Millwall over the weekend, with starts for George Pușcaș, Jordan Obita and Michael Olise against Nottingham Forest on Wednesday night.
It's a chance to impress for teenage Academy graduate Olise, who replaces Yakou Méïté, who is absent from the Reading squad due to a family bereavement. The thoughts and best wishes from everyone at the club are with Yakou at this difficult time.
Jordan Obita has been playing in an advanced role for the Royals of late, and could be linking up with Tyler Blackett on the left hand side once more on Wednesday.
Pelé and John Swift continue together in midfield, with an unchanged back four in front of Rafael.
Lucas Boyé returns to the squad to be among the substitutes, with Sam Baldock and Charlie Adam dropping to the bench.
