📯 Team news | Three changes for Bees meeting

Our side to take on Brentford

30 June 2020

Following the weekend’s trip to Pride Park, there are three changes to the Royals’ starting XI for the team to face Brentford at Madejski Stadium.

The start of a suspension for Matt Miazga means that Michael Morrison is drafted back in at centre-half, while Jordan Obita is given the left-back berth in the absence of Omar Richards.

The final change is in the centre-forward role, where Sam Baldock makes his first start since the restart, with George Pușcaș taking a place amongst the subs. Tom McIntyre is also included in the squad once again in a substitute role.

Brentford line up strongly and former Royal Tariqe Fosu is on the substitutes' bench back at the Madejski.

Reading: Rafael, Gunter, Obita, Moore (c), Morrison, Rinomhota, Swift, Ejaria, Meite, Olise, Baldock.
Subs: Walker, McCleary, McIntyre, Blackett, Masika, Adam, Pelé, Osho, Puscas.

Brentford: Raya, Henry, Pinnock, Norgaard, Benrahma, Watkins, Dasilva, Emiliano, Jansson (c), Mbeumo, Dalsgaard.
Subs: Daniels, Mokotjo, Dervisoglu, Jeanvier, Fosu, Baptiste, Valencia, Zamburek, Roerslev.
