💬 "Time to get straight back to winning ways on Wednesday"

Royals midfielder Andy Rinomhota is hoping to halt Preston's away fortunes when they visit the Madejski this week...

On Wednesday we face the division's away specialists. Preston North End are in invincible form on the road - so for this season they are unbeaten away from Deepdale in fact!

Alex Neil's men have earned ten points from a possible twelve as the visitors and even beat Derby County at Pride Park in the Carabao Cup to boot.

QPR, Brentford and Huddersfield were all undone on home turf and the Lilywhites also took a point from Carrow Road in September. But midfield terrier Andy Rinomhota is keen to halt their run, just as our unbeaten streak was ended on Friday night.

"The games are coming quick so we move onto the next opportunity," the Royals midfielder said after our loss against Coventry City.

"Our unbeaten run was going to come to an end at some point… obviously we wanted it to go on for longer if we could. So now let’s try to get back to winning ways against Preston."

"We’ll go into training and have a look at them; the analysis team will do their work and prepare ourselves, and we’ll be prepared to play our game again on Wednesday night.

"We are going to look to implement our game on them," he stated. "It’s a home game for us back at the Madejski which will be good – and we’ll be looking to get the three points."
