Bio

Young shot stopper Boyce-Clarke has been on the Royals books since the age of 8.

He showed such promise that he made his debut for our under-23 side, against Fulham in a Premier League Cup tie in December 2018, when he was just 15.

The Royals wasted no time in tying him down to a new contract which runs until 2023.

After being fast-tracked through the age groups to play seven years higher, the young goalie is now a regular performer at U23 level and during the 2020-21 Premier League 2 campaign registered 17 appearances for Mehmet Ali’s side.

He has been involved in a first-team matchday on a number of occasions, taking a place on the bench in a number of Championship fixtures. Most recently for the clashes against Hull City and West Bromwich Albion in the 2022-23 season.
