The Royals have created their own fitness routines for fans all over the world, inspired by the EFL's FIT FANS campaign...
Following on from Social Inclusion Officer Mark Edwards' exercise routine last week, another of our Community Trust's coaches, Jade Bradley, has set up a series of drills for the older Royals fan.
Jade is also a qualified fitness instructor and, with Sports Participation one of our Trust's key pillars in the work it delivers to the local community, she set out this work out for senior citizens hoping to stay active during a testing lockdown period.

And the Reading FC Women's side have also been regularly posting their own work out drills on social media, which fans can follow along to.
